Marcus is Alive

Family friendly

A light-colored poster advertises "MARCUS IS ALIVE," a new solo play by Marcus J. Freed. Below the title, Marcus J. Freed, a light-skinned man with dark, curly hair, holds his hands to his head and looks directly at the viewer with wide eyes. Palm trees are visible in silhouette at the bottom of the image, and the text "FLEABAG MEETS FIDDLER ON THE ROOF" is displayed.

Marcus is Alive is a funny and moving one-man theatre show about a wild night in LA that changed everything – think car crashes, brain surgery, a psychic detective, and a Rabbi.

In this hour-long show, actor Marcus tells his real-life story with honesty, humour, and heart, showing how he survived it all and found new meaning in life. After rave reviews at the Edinburgh and Hollywood Fringe, it’s now coming to the Manchester Jewish Museum for one night only.

Don’t miss this powerful, feel-good performance.
