Do you have what it takes to join illustrator, Ian Morris and be one of our new library card creators?
The designs are a response to the question of ‘what does a library mean to you?’ We want to know what children and young people associate with libraries and reading. We want children to channel their inner creativity and let their imaginations run wild. The competition is open to any budding artists and library lovers aged between 5 and 16.
Entries are judged in three age categories: 5 to 8, 9 to 11 and 12 to 16. The three winning designs will be made into library cards for Manchester Libraries and will have their design made into a poster.
