We use a marketing automation platform. When subscribing to our newsletter,  the information you provide will be transferred to this platform for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. 

Council staff that have access to administering the Loads To Do website will have secure access to your personal information. In some circumstances your personal details may also be disclosed to other employees of Manchester City Council on a need to know basis. For example, they are required to help us provide services relating to the website. 

In order to carry out analysis of who uses our website, we sometimes work with external third parties to help build our audience and extend our reach. However, you would not be identifiable from this information. 

We will not normally share your personal data with external organisations that are not referred to in this Privacy Notice unless we are required to do so by law.
