Salaam Festival invite people from all backgrounds aged 18+ to take part in ‘Up North’. This photography project aims to collect local portraits exclusively from diverse communities across North Manchester. Register to book your portrait by emailing hello@salaamfestival.co.uk

They will also collect images of personal objects, heirlooms and stories that belong to local community members putting North Manchester on the map of art, culture and community. A social gathering of portraits, objects and stories will take place at the following libraries over four weekends.
