The Block Cinema is an independent, community-driven cinema and film club. It was established  as a  community initiative with a ‘Film for All’ ethos and is Wythenshawe’s only cinema.

It is run by a team of volunteers and administered by Together One CIC, a non-profit social enterprise based in Wythenshawe.  All money raised by the cinema is used for community projects.

The Block Cinema is now located in the Creative Space at Wythenshawe Forum Library.
