The CFCCA galleries will reopen from Wednesday 19 May 2021.

Conveniently located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, the Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art (CFCCA) hosts a unique programme of visual art, talks, workshops and performances, and proudly leads the UK in exploring Chinese contemporary culture.

Running a regularly changing programme of new exhibitions alongside new commissions and artist-in-residency schemes. Working with both emerging and established artists, the CFCCA makes Chinese contemporary art and culture accessible to all.

The centre also hosts YouthLab, a programme for young people aged 16-25 who are interested in contemporary art, and The Dumpling Social Club for those aged 50+ who enjoy making art and dumplings.

With limited edition prints, jewellery, homeware and standout gifts, be sure to pop into the centre’s shop too. Whether you’re looking for something to do, discovering art for the first time or shopping for a unique gift, we think the CFCCA is one of the best galleries in Manchester.
