Come along at half-term to the home of the Victorian writer, Elizabeth Gaskell, Manchester’s very own literary house. There are lots of fun things to do including: the popular Cranford the Cat kids trail, Valentine-inspired creative craft in the Servants’ Hall, plus dressing-up, colouring and other hands-on activities. Friendly volunteers will be on hand with interesting insights into life in Victorian Manchester.

Afterwards you can treat everyone to a hot chocolate and delicious cake in the famous Tea Room!

The house will be open on:

Sunday 16th February

Wednesday 19th February

Thursday 20th February

Sunday 23rd February
