Head to Platt Fields Park on International Women’s Day for an afternoon packed with practical safety ideas for women.

Greater Manchester Police will be at the Lakeside Centre (from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm) where they will provide safety advice and personal safety alarms. There will also be coffee and tea available.

The day will also see a new defibrillator installed and operational at the Lakeside Centre.
