Head to Heaton Park on International Women’s Day for a ‘Women’s Mindful Movement’ session, where you’ll blend gentle exercise with mindfulness.
Suitable for ages 16+ and all fitness levels. Experienced instructors will guide you through a series of movements to help promote relaxation.
Participants should dress for the outdoors and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. There will be a limited supply of yoga mats available on a first come, first served basis – so please bring your own where possible and don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
