Start your Friday morning with an outdoor yoga session at Platt Fields Market Garden in Platt Fields Park.

This friendly, pay-as-you-can class takes place in a peaceful grassy space surrounded by vegetables and flowers. Everyone is welcome, with options to suit different abilities. Sessions take place on the grass in dry weather and under a covered marquee if it rains.

Mats are available to borrow, or you can bring your own. Suggested donation £3–£10, with no one turned away.
