Things to do near Ancoats, Manchester
Ancoats is one of Manchester’s coolest neighbourhoods. With a unique sense of community and many independent shops, there are lots of things to do near Ancoats.
Take a walk around, you’ll find the streets are dotted with vibrant street art. You’ll also find some of the most exciting eateries and meeting places in the city here. Ancoats is home to Mana, the first restaurant in Manchester to earn a Michelin star in over forty years and Hope Mill Theatre, the city’s newest theatre.
Ancoats is close to Manchester city centre. The area is just a short tram ride from Piccadilly station and also sits right next door to Great Ancoats Street, meaning it’s convenient for drivers too.
