Things to Do in Harpurhey

We think that community is everything. Manchester Youth Zone and the wonderful Harpurhey Neighbourhood Project are just some of the places offering things to do near Harpurhey, Manchester.

Charity of the Year for 2019/2020, Manchester Youth Zone offers activities for young people aged 8-19 years, and those aged up to 25 with additional needs. Young people can have a go at performing arts; try a new sport, or enjoy cooking and craft. Facilities include an outdoor sports pitch, dance studio, media suites as well as a climbing wall and a sensory room.

The Neighbourhood Project is a friendly community organisation in Harpurhey. Based on the corner of Carisbrook Street and Conran Street, the project offers fitness sessions and community coffee mornings. Friendly and welcoming, you’ll also find computer drop-in sessions here. The building is also the base for North Manchester FM Radio.
