Summer Reading Challenge with Manchester Libraries

Calling all four to eleven-year-olds: Manchester Libraries have organised many fun-packed activities and events for you to enjoy over the school holidays.

Join the free Summer Reading Challenge ‘Marvellous Makers’, running throughout the school summer holidays. This year’s ‘Marvellous Makers’ theme aims to fire up children’s imaginations and unleash storytelling and creativity through the power of reading.

Visit your local library to collect your joining pack. Once you’ve read six books, you have completed the Challenge and you’ll received your certificate and medal. Why stop there though?

There are also lots of other free ‘Marvellous Makers’ activities happening at local libraries across Manchester too. Give your local library a call or ask next time you’re in for more details.
