Part of Manchester’s cultural scene since 1891, the Palace Theatre plays host to a wide range of popular touring productions, West End musicals, children’s shows, ballet and live music events.

One of the most well-equipped and popular theatres in the North West, the Palace Theatre has three tiers of seating – the stalls, the circle and the grand tier – and a traditional proscenium arch stage. From well-loved musicals to ballet and children’s theatre, the Palace Theatre brings a varied programme of performance. There really is something for everybody to enjoy.

Together with its sister venue, the Manchester Opera House, the Palace Theatre remains one of the most well-known theatres in Manchester.
