Printworks is encouraging everyone to move their bodies during Mental Health Awareness Week by hosting a series of free 30-45 minute fitness classes.
Perfectly timed for your lunchbreak, fitness classes will take place at The Printworks pumpyard at 12:30pm on Monday 13, Wednesday 15 and Friday 17 May.
Sessions are as follows:
• Monday 13 May 12:30 – 13:15 – Body Balance
• Wednesday 15 May 12:30 – 13:00 – HIITSTEP
• Friday 17 May 12:30 – 13:15 – Vinyasa Yoga
Participants do not need to bring any equipment to classes, as this will be provided by Nuffield Health.
