Head to Heaton Park for a relaxed Sunday picnic as part of Global Intergenerational Week.

Enjoy an easy walk through nature with family and friends, then spend time sharing food and stories together. From 12–3pm, there will also be giant lawn games to try on the field in front of the Dower House.

You can bring your own picnic (bring a blanket too) or pick up hot and cold takeaway food from the Stables or Lakeside cafés to enjoy outdoors.
