Powerhouse Portraits is a photography exhibition that shines a light on the Moss Side community.

Decorating the walls of Moss Side Powerhouse, the photographs on display show the local community, past and present, and those people at the centre of it.

Alongside photographs taken by Moss Side residents, you’ll be able to see images from professional photographer Ian Johns, who has documented the area for over 30 years.

Check out this joyful exhibition about a community at the heart of Manchester’s identity.
