Join Chetham’s Library for an exclusive ‘after hours’ to explore the building’s medieval stone passages, secret staircases and richly panelled rooms.

After the library has closed and the dust of the day has settled, the rooms and passageways normally closed to the public will be opened, providing a unique and magical experience.

A fantastic opportunity for visitors to enjoy the beautiful 600-year-old building without a tour guide.

Admission times are 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, last entry will be 7:00 pm.
