Would you like to improve your fitness and feel healthier?

The Birchfields Park Community Run takes place every Sunday at 11.00am. So lace up your trainers and choose either the 2k or 5k runs. Enjoy the park, the fresh air, the sunshine (not guaranteed!) and running with a supportive group of people. All abilities welcome.

Turn up, meet other runners and start your fitness journey together.
