Join esea contemporary and Little Yellow Rice Co. for ‘Congee Pick n Mix’, a warm and friendly event celebrating this much-loved dish.
During the session you’ll be able to make your own bowl of congee (savoury rice porridge), try toppings from across East and Southeast Asia, and share your own favourites too. As stories and memories are exchanged, a big illustrated ‘regional congee’ map will be created, showing how congee connects cultures, families and traditions.
A wonderful chance to eat, share and belong together.
