Join the Manchester Jewish Museum for a special film screening of Chaos Dragon and the Light followed by a panel discussion exploring identity, art and survival.

The film tells the true story of Marika Henriques, who was hidden from the Nazis as a child in Budapest, fled Hungary in her 20s, and later found healing through art. Now in her 80s, Marika shares her remarkable journey of courage and creativity.

After the screening, a panel will discuss the film’s powerful and hopeful themes.

Suitable for ages 12+. Doors open 6pm, film starts 7pm. The museum café will be open for food and drinks before the event.
