Celebrate the days getting longer and warmer this February half-term with Heaton Park’s First Signs of Spring Nature Trail.

Head to The Stables reception and pick up your £2 activity trail, then explore the park to spot hints that winter is nearly over—things like snowdrops, nesting birds, and budding trees.

As you walk along the trail, you’ll find 10 pictures marking spots to look out for clues that spring is on the way. There will also be helpful tips on where and when to spot these signs in the park. Once you’ve found all the pictures, you can claim your packet of spring seeds to plant at home.

The trail is available from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with seed collections until 4:00 pm.
