Did you know there are over 4000 different types of beetles living in the UK? Head to Sadler’s Yard to see how many you can find.
Check under leaves,logs and stones – beetles are beautiful and also very secretive creatures. Be sure to look out for the metallic green, purple striped rosemary beetle too.
All ages are welcome. There will also be a craft activity too – inspired by the wonderful colours and shapes of beetles.
Young gardeners, aged 4 -10 years, will enjoy getting their hands dirty at The Big Dig.
