We love that you really don’t have to venture very far to find plenty of great days out in Manchester. Whether you’re looking for museums, arts and crafts, theatre, sports or adventures outdoors – the city has it all.

Come rain or shine, there is fun to be had. Many attractions in the city centre are free too. Take a trip to one of Manchester’s many museums; introduce the little ones to arts and crafts at one of The Whitworth’s family workshops; take a tour around the city and appreciate some of Manchester’s fine architecture. 

With lots of green space, Manchester has some fantastic parks too. A real adventurers paradise. Just pick your park, pack your picnic and away you go.
