Celebrate spring at Heaton Park with National Trust and parkrun as part of Bloomtown and the Festival of Blossom.

On Saturday 25 April, head to the pink gazebo outside the Lakeside Café (9:30–11am) to decorate your running kit or an old T-shirt with blossom-inspired designs. There will also be simple craft activities for families and park visitors to enjoy.

Then on Saturday 2 May, wear your blossom creations to parkrun and join a colourful run, jog or walk through the park together. You can take part in one or both events.
