Hideaway are delivering healthy cooking sessions for young people this summer.

Young people will learn how to shop and prepare nutritious food. They’ll also pick up some useful cooking skills and tips along the way.

Sessions take place on 2 and 9 August at the Amani Centre and on 15 and 17 August at Proctor Young Peoples Centre. There is also a family BBQ event on 9 August at the Amani Centre.

Places are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. No need to book, just turn up. Participants will need to provide consent from a parent/adult carer/guardian before being allowed to take part. Snacks are available at the session.
