Learn the art of home-made Matzah baking, using two very simple ingredients – flour and water. Try your hand at making it as fast as you can and see if you can keep the dough in motion. You’ll also get to go home with some baked, crunchy treats.

During the workshop, you’ll also find out about the importance of Matzah in the Jewish festival of Passover. This workshop is open to all ages. The ingredients are vegan, but do contain gluten and the food is not ‘Beth Din’ supervised.

While you’re at Manchester Jewish Museum, why not explore the building and try out the family activity backpacks too?
