This workshop at Manchester Jewish Museum invites families to bring an object to the museum (or treasure-hunt an object in the museum when you arrive) which will form a starting point for a story.
The object can be anything at all. The object will then be used to create a story. The story can be completely made up or can be inspired by real-life experiences. The result will be a collection of stories, which could become part of the museum’s collection.
The workshop will be led by author Jay Prosser, a Professor in Humanities at the University of Leeds.
This workshop is designed for children 5+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
