Join the team at Central Library for lots of exciting activities over the Easter holidays. Expect craft sessions, Lego clubs, and much more, including:

Italian Storytime
Saturday 5 April, 11.30 am – 12:00 noon, Children’s Library (Lower Ground Floor).
These monthly sessions, suitable for children aged 4-7, are interactive and fun, with stories, rhymes and craft. Free – just drop in.

Greek Easter Crafts
Tuesday 8 April, 2:00 -3.30 pm, Children’s Library (Lower Ground Floor).
Join this fun craft session inspired by Greek Easter traditions and hosted by Speak Greek. Suitable for families. Free – just drop in.

Board Games Club
Wednesday 2 April, 5:00 -7:00 pm, Ground Floor.
Join these free weekly board games sessions. Try new games, rediscover old favourites and make new friends. Open to all ages and abilities. Free – just drop in.

Lego Club
Thursday 10, Tuesday 15 and Saturday 19 April, 2:00 -3:00 pm, Lower Ground Floor.
Calling all Lego lovers! Drop in, pick your favourite bricks and build whatever you like. Suitable for ages 4 and above. Free, just drop in. First come first served.

Little Reads
Wednesday 16 and Saturday 19 April, 11:00 – 11.30 am, Children’s Library (Lower Ground Floor).
Brought to you by Manchester Literature Festival, Little Reads is a fun, interactive workshop using drama, dance, songs, play and craft to explore children’s picture books. Suitable for children aged 2 to 6, but all family members are welcome. Free – just drop in.

Easter Holidays Crafts
Thursday 17 April, 2:00 – 3.30pm, Children’s Library (Lower Ground Floor).
Take part in a free craft session suitable for families. All materials provided. Free – just drop in.

Central Library Teen Book Club
Saturday 19 April, 11:00 – 12:00 noon, Teen Library (Lower Ground Floor).
Aged 13 -16 and love books? Join Central Library Teen Book Club. Discover your next favourite read, share recommendations and join book themed activities. Free – just drop in.

Ukrainian Storytime
Saturday 19 April, 1.30 pm-2:00 pm, Children’s Library (Lower Ground Floor).
Привіт! Join these monthly Ukrainian storytelling sessions. Learn new words, listen to stories in Ukrainian and English and have fun. Suitable for children aged 4 to 7. Free – just drop in.

Saturday Film Club
Saturday 19 April, 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Performance Space (Ground Floor).
Join Central Library’s regular film club. It’s free to join, and there may even be popcorn. Round up the family for a free afternoon of film and themed crafts. Suitable for children up to 12 years old. Free – just drop in.
