Step inside Victoria Baths and experience Helios, a spectacular artwork of the Sun by internationally acclaimed artist Luke Jerram.

From 17 March to 6 April 2026, the Gala Pool will glow as a huge seven-metre sculpture of the Sun hangs above the water. Created using detailed NASA and astrophotography images, it reveals the swirling surface of our nearest star. With an atmospheric soundscape filling the space, Helios is a brilliant experience for families, young science fans, sun lovers and anyone who enjoys bold, awe-inspiring art.
