Get hands-on with light, colour and sound in the Science and Industry Museum‘s Light Lab, where you’ll find lots of free activities happening for all ages.

Discover how to bend, block and move light with fun experiments and challenges. Make your shadow dance, view your reflection in our hall of distorted mirrors and challenge friends and family to laser maze games.

Uncover the secrets of the night sky and find out what makes stars twinkle. Create your own glow-in-the-dark headbands and wristbands before taking a dance break in our rave room.

Brighten up your winter holidays.
