Get ready to celebrate the jewish holiday of Shavuot with a deliciously fun baking workshop.

Shavuot marks the day the Jewish people received the Torah, and it’s often celebrated by enjoying tasty dairy treats. In this hands-on session, you’ll make and decorate your very own no-bake cheesecake – choose from lemon, chocolate, honey or fruit, or mix them up to create your own flavour.

This family-friendly workshop is open to all ages (children must come with an adult) and includes a chance to explore the synagogue and gallery afterwards. You can even borrow one of the museum’s family activity backpacks.

Ingredients are vegetarian and include dairy and gluten. Vegan options are available too – just email gemma@manchesterjewishmuseum.com with any dietary needs.
