Join Manchester Jewish Museum for a Chanukah-themed workshop to get you in the festive spirit.

At this workshop, you’ll find out about Chanukah (also known as the ‘Festival of Lights’), and the food that Jewish communities eat as part of the celebrations.

You’ll decorate and make chocolate gelt (money), with a range of glitter, sprinkles and fruits, and make a box to take them home in. There will be the opportunity to play the traditional Chanukah game of dreidel and you can also have a go at a candle decorating activity.

Entry to the museum is included in your ticket too. Come along and discover more about the rich and diverse history of Jewish Manchester.
