Room to Breathe is a session dedicated to helping you experience art in a more mindful way.

Mindfulness is a technique you can practice that supports you to live more in the present moment and appreciate what’s happening around you at any given time. It can help you manage your thoughts and feelings and help you feel calmer and less stressed.

During this session, you will see a variety of artworks as you listen to original audio guides.
