Treat your body and mind to a yoga class in Alexandra Park.
Take part in breathing exercises, yoga poses and a relaxation exercise at the end of the class.
Suitable for beginners or experienced yoga lovers. Adjustments will be given to suit different levels of ability.
Please bring your own yoga mat. However, if you do not have a yoga mat – there will be some available – but you must bring a towel to put on top of the mat. Also, please bring a drink and wear comfortable sports clothing.
Meet at 5:45 pm in front of the coffee cranks inside the park.
Book your place in advance. Each class costs £6.00, to be paid at the class.
