Join this creative workshop for some stitching, chatting, and sharing inspired by the museum’s collections.

This workshop will focus on the solidarity shown during the 1984 to 1985 Miners’ Strike, including by Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners (LGSM). This event is taking place as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2024.

This workshop is being filmed for an independent film project to mark 40 years since the Miners’ Strike (1984-1985).
