Women in Revolt! Art and Activism in the UK 1970-1990

This display of art at the Whitworth will feature over 80 women artists and groups whose ideas have influenced women’s rights.

The art display includes a sculpture by an artist called Bobby Baker. The sculpture is called An Edible Family in a Mobile Home and is made up of delicious edible life-size figures formed from cake and biscuit.
