Join a creative, hands-on workshop that mixes simple crafting with open conversation. Led by Dr Lisa Williams, you’ll learn the basics of cross-stitch and start making your own piece using patterns inspired by recovery, care and speaking up for change.

No experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and have a go. Along the way, there’ll be space to chat, reflect and share ideas in a relaxed, supportive setting.

This workshop is part of Portraits of Recovery’s DRY26, a new arts programme linked to Dry January.
