Explore an exhibition about connection, community and taking time to reflect. Reflections: Sangat and the Self brings together artwork by Jasmir Creed and Roo Dhissou, alongside pieces from the Whitworth’s collection.

Through paintings, images and shared stories, the exhibition looks at how people support one another, find strength together and care for their wellbeing.

There’s also a programme of workshops, wellbeing activities and community events taking place throughout the year.

A wide countryside view shows pale limestone rocks scattered across a grassy slope, suggesting an ancient stone setting. A single person crouches beside one group of stones, while patchwork fields and low hills extend into the distance under a soft, open sky.
