Discover colourful textiles, weaving, embroidery and handmade fabrics in this fascinating exhibition at the Whitworth.

Entangled and Woven brings together contemporary artists from India and Korea with historic textiles from the museum’s collection. Through beautiful artworks and installations, visitors can explore how skills, traditions and stories are passed from one generation to the next.

This collection offers the chance to look closely at the fabrics we use every day, and the people who make them.
